How long will it take?

For domestic assessments the process requires us to look at the structure of the building, heating, lighting, glazing, insulation and numerous other elements. This usually takes under one hour. More time is spent with larger dwellings and additional heating systems or those properties which are listed.

For non domestic assessments, this usually takes anything up to 3 hours. This depends upon the complexity of the building, size and heating ventilation systems.

With both reports we then return to base and start working on the calculations. Domestic reports are normally submitted that evening of the survey and commercial reports normally submitted within three days.
