What are our prices?

We do not charge Value Added Tax.

Domestic Energy Assessments – £50 any size dwelling (this includes report lodgement fee).

Non Domestic Energy Assessments – from £100 plus lodgement fee (normally £40). Prices will depend upon size of building and complexities of heating and ventilation systems. The difference in price between domestic and non domestic is reflected by the additional data collection required by us to perform the assessment procedure.
